Returns to Lucinda Ellery Ltd are committed to complete customer satisfaction.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of the products purchased, products from our website can be exchanged or refunded provided they have not been worn or clips-ins cut in anyway and returned in perfect condition in the original packaging and are returned within 14 days. Please note there is a 10% administration charge to the purchaser for returned goods and postage is not refunded.
