1.Lucinda Ellery Ltd is open Tuesday to Saturday. We aim to dispatch online orders the following day, however during busy periods, dispatch may be delayed an extra day or two. No charges will be made to your credit card until the goods are dispatched. Online or telephone orders placed on a Saturday will be despatched the following Tuesday.

All products despatched require a signature – please ensure the delivery address provided will be able to receive your order.

If Next Day delivery is required between Tuesday and Friday, orders must be placed before 4pm over the phone - please contact us directly on 0844 567 8899.

Delivery on all online orders placed are for delivery within the UK mainland only. If you require a delivery for Northern Ireland, The Isle Of Man or any of the offshore islands in Scotland or International Delivery to Europe/ Asia / Australia / Africa / USA we would need to be contacted on 0844 567 8899 so that the additional delivery costs can be calculated. Please refer to our Contact Us section to be able to do this before placing any orders.

2. Prices - We will endeavor to hold the prices as shown on this website. Lucinda Ellery explicitly retains the right at any time to revise prices to take account any increase in costs, including the increase or imposition of any tax, duty or other levy and variation in exchange rates. We will take all reasonable steps to inform you of any relevant revision of prices at the time of confirmation of your order. Unless otherwise stated, the price quoted will include VAT and any other tax or duty payable.

3. Payments - Payment in full must be made prior to dispatch of any order. We accept payment by credit card (we currently accept VISA, ACCESS/ MASTERCARD, and SWITCH and debit cards). Please note we DO NOT accept American Express or cheques.

4. Legal Liability - Lucinda Ellery liability to you whether for breach of: contract, negligence, misrepresentation or otherwise shall in no circumstance exceed the price charged to you for the defective, damaged or undelivered goods which give rise to such liability. Lucinda Ellery shall have on liability for any indirect or consequential losses or expenses suffered by you, however caused.

6. Returns to Lucinda Ellery Ltd are committed to complete customer satisfaction.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of the products purchased, products from our website can be exchanged or refunded provided they have not been worn and returned in perfect, re-sellable condition within 14 days. Refund is by cheque only. Please note we are unable to refund payment card used for security reasons. Please allow 7 days to receive cheque refund. Postage not refunded.

7. This agreement shall be governed by English law.
