Terms and Conditions
- Delivery charges on all orders placed are for delivery within the
UK mainland only. If you require a delivery for Northern Ireland, The
Isle of Man or any of the off shore Islands in Scotland we would need
to be contacted so that the additional delivery costs could be calculated.
Please refer to our Contact Us section to be able to do this before
placing any orders.
- We aim to despatch orders the following day, however, during busy
periods despatch may be delayed by up to an extra 24-48 hours. No charges
will be made to your credit card until the goods leave our premises.
- Prices. We will endeavour to hold the prices as shown on this website.
Lucinda Ellery explicitly retains the right at any time to revise prices
to take into account any increase in costs, including the increase or
imposition of any tax, duty or any other levy and variation in exchange
rates. We will take all reasonable steps to inform you of any relevant
revision of prices at the time of confirmation of your order. Unless
otherwise stated, the price quoted will include VAT and any other tax
or duty payable.
- Payments. Payments in full must be made prior to despatch of any order.
We accept payment by most credit cards (we currently accept VISA, ACCESS/MASTERCARD,
SWITCH and debit cards). Please note that we are unable to accept AMERICAN
EXPRESS cards.
- Legal Liability. Lucinda Ellery imposes legal liability, whether breach
of contract, negligence, mis-representation or otherwise shall in no
circumstance exceed the price charged to you for the defective, damaged
or undelivered goods which give rise to such liability. Lucinda Ellery
shall have no liability for any indirect or consequential losses or
expenses suffered by you, however caused.

- Returns. Lucinda Ellery Ltd are committed to complete customer satisfaction.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of the products
purchased, either from our studio in person, or through our website,
if not a fault of manufacture they can be exchanged or refunded, provided
they have not been worn, or clips-ins cut in any way, and they are returned
in perfect condition in the original packaging within 14 days of the
date of purchase. Please note that there is a 10% administration charge
to the purchaser for non-faulty returned goods, and we are unable to
refund return postage charges under such circumstances.
